All orders are processed after receiving your payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

Shipping Costs and Options

We offer free shipping on all products with no minimum requirement.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders made before 11:00 PM PST are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Zones

We only ship to the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Package

If you haven’t received your order or received a damaged product, please contact us to get a new product or a full refund. Read more about our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes and only ship to physical addresses in the USA.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Signal Boost is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return & Refund Policy

If a product did not meet your expectations, you can get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

• Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
• Request your Return Authorization by emailing support@signalboost.us or contact us with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
• To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
• Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
