Return and Refund Policy — Signal Boost

We encourage you to review our return and refund policy if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

1. Free 30 Days Return & Refund

If a product did not meet your expectations, you can get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Request your Return Authorization by emailing support@signalboost.us or contact us with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  • To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

2. Broken or Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product or it is not in working condition, you can get a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Follow these steps to get an exchange:

  • Send us the proof (Photo/Video) at support@signalboost.us
  • Our team will get back to you within 1 business day.
  • Once approved, we will ship you a new product or issue a full refund.

3. Exchange

If you received a defective or damaged product, you can get an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Our team will get back to you within 1 business day.
  • Once approved, we will ship the new product to you.

4. Delivery Time

These are the estimated delivery times. If you are experiencing any delays, please get in touch with us.

  • Transit Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Mon–Sat)
  • Handling Time: 0 to 1 Business Day (Mon–Sat)

5. Lost Package or Didn’t Receive

We are confident this will rarely happen because every package we deliver has a tracking number and is monitored by our team. But if it does happen, we will refund your full payment or ship you a new product.

6. Change or Cancel My Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and credit card processing charges.

7. How Long Do Refunds Take to Process?

We issue refunds within 3 business days, and it can take up to 10 days for your bank to process them.

8. What’s Your Return Policy?

You’ll have to ship your returns to the assigned address once your return is approved.

9. I’ve Entered the Wrong Shipping Address, Can I Change It?

If this happens, email us as soon as possible — we might be able to fix it. However, we can’t promise anything as most items are processed immediately after you order and shipped the same day or within a few days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders based on the information you provide.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved — meaning the money leaves our account immediately.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Next, contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

11. 2 Years Product Warranty

If our product stops working within 2 years of ordering on its own, you can get a full refund or free product exchange.

Steps to get a refund or exchange:

  • Contact us at support@signalboost.us
  • Tell us what happened to the product
  • Once approved, we will issue you a full refund or send you a new product

(This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.)
