The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
If a product did not meet your expectations, you can get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
If you received a damaged product or it is not in working condition, you can get a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

We are confident this will rarely happen because every package we deliver has a tracking number and is monitored by our team. But if it does happen, we will refund your full payment or ship you a new product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and credit card processing charges.
We issue refunds within 3 business days, and it can take up to 10 days for your bank to process them.
You’ll have to ship your returns to the assigned address once your return is approved.
If this happens, email us as soon as possible — we might be able to fix it. However, we can’t promise anything as most items are processed immediately after you order and shipped the same day or within a few days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders based on the information you provide.
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved — meaning the money leaves our account immediately.

Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
If our product stops working within 2 years of ordering on its own, you can get a full refund or free product exchange.
